SR Corey Momsen
Hooker Joshua Short and Second Row Corey Momsen have been named to rugbymag.com’s Freshman All-American team alongside thirteen other talented players throughout the nation. AIC was one of only three teams in the nation to have multiple players selected.
HK Josh Short
Josh Short broke out in mid season in a big match against Northeastern and finished the year as the starting hooker. His play in space along with his smarts at the break down make him a feared feature in the Yellow Jacket front row. Short was also the only young Yellow Jacket to move beyond the first camp for the Junior All-American Eagles. highlights
Corey Momsen started every game but one at second row save one when he was held out of for a shoulder injury. At 6’5”, Momsen uses his surprising athleticism to be a handful on both attack and defense and is a budding young line out dominator. Momsen was also a second team all-conference selection for the East Coast Rugby Conference. highlights
